How much does a 3D virtual tour cost?

Furnished living room with a large mirror

The price of a virtual tour depends on its type: a tour of an existing apartment (photographed with a 360° camera) or a tour of a 3D design (built and rendered on a computer). The second costs more, because every room has to be modelled, furnished and lit first.

Tour of an existing apartment

A photographer visits with a 360° camera, takes a panorama in each room and links them online. The price mainly depends on:

  • The surface and number of rooms.
  • Travel to the property.
  • Hosting the tour online, sometimes a monthly fee.

Tour of a 3D design

The apartment is built in 3D from plans, then each room is rendered as a 360° view or turned into a model you can walk through. The price depends on:

  • Modelling: from a clean 3D model, or from 2D plans.
  • Number of 360° points: usually one or two per room.
  • Detail and realism: generic or real furniture and materials.
  • Format: linked 360° views, a real-time walkthrough or a video.
  • Hosting: how and where the tour is shared.

How to keep the cost down

  • Reuse the 3D model from your design: the main work is already done.
  • Choose the rooms that matter most, rather than every corridor and cupboard.
  • Combine a few 360° views with framed renders for brochures.

Is it worth it?

For developers selling from plans or reaching buyers abroad, a tour often pays back by cutting wasted visits. For a homeowner, a few well-chosen renders are usually enough to decide; a tour helps most when the feel of the space matters.
