Professionals who already have plans or models pay from 700 DH (120 €) per render.

What "3D plan" can mean

3D floor plan: the whole apartment from above, walls raised, furniture in place. Good to understand the layout.
3D renders: realistic images from inside each room. Good to see the final look.
3D model: the file itself, which can be reused for more views, a tour or a video.

Ask which one a quote includes. Prices vary a lot because these are very different amounts of work.

What changes the price

Size: number of rooms and floors.
Starting point: a clean DWG or 3D model is faster than a hand sketch or a PDF scan.
Level of detail: generic furniture or exact products, simple or realistic materials.
Number of views: each render is a separate image to set up and compute.
