Terms of service

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms apply to every design and 3D project with Foraii Studio. Part A applies to everyone. Part B adds the rules for homeowners (private clients). Part C adds the rules for professionals (architects, developers, agencies and other businesses). Nothing in these terms limits the legal rights you have as a consumer.

Part A. For all clients

1. Who we are

Mortada Foraii, independent interior designer, trading as Foraii Studio. Address: Rue du Mexique, 90000 Tanger, Maroc. Registration: in progress (auto-entrepreneur). Email: foraiistudio@proton.me. Phone: +212 6 54 72 07 80. Questions and complaints can be sent to this email address.

2. How a project is agreed

Every project starts with a written quote. It states the work, the price of each stage, the timing and the currency. The project is agreed when you accept the quote and these terms in writing (by email or message) and pay the deposit. The version of these terms you accepted with your quote applies to your project.

3. What we offer

  • Full home: 2D plan, moodboard and 3D renders of every room of an apartment or villa.
  • Single room: 2D plan, moodboard and 3D renders of one room.
  • 3D renders for professionals: renders from plans or models supplied by the client, priced per view.

Not included: site supervision, building works, technical drawings (structure, electrics, plumbing), permits, and buying furniture or materials. In Tangier, building works and custom furniture made with our workshop are available, each under a separate written contract for that project.

4. Prices, quotes and extras

Prices on the site are starting prices. The final price depends on the size and complexity of the project and is set in the quote. Prices are in dirhams (MAD) for clients in Morocco and in euros (EUR) for everyone else. A quote is valid for 30 days.

Extra rooms or views, extra revisions, a major change to the brief after a stage is approved, a shorter deadline, or source files are always quoted in writing first. Nothing extra is done or charged until you accept that price. A shorter deadline costs extra and depends on our availability. Source files (3D scenes, layered files) are not included. They are sold separately and delivered as they are, without support. Some 3D models and textures inside them belong to third parties and may need their own licence.

5. Timing

Working time on our side, excluding your review time between stages. The exact time depends on the size and complexity of the project and is confirmed in your quote. As a guide: 1 to 4 weeks for a full home, 3 to 5 working days for one room or a professional render. The clock stops while we wait for your files, answers or approval.

6. Revisions and approval

Included: 1 revision on the plan, 1 on the moodboard and 2 on the 3D renders. Professional renders: 2 revisions per view. An approved stage is not changed free of charge.

A stage is approved when you approve it in writing (email or message from the contact named in the quote), or answer yes when we ask for your approval. We confirm each approval in writing. Voice notes and calls count only once confirmed in writing.

7. Payment

A 50% deposit is paid to start. The balance is due within 7 days of our message that the final files are ready. Payment by bank transfer in Morocco, by PayPal or SWIFT transfer from abroad. Bank, PayPal and transfer fees are paid by the client, so that we receive the full amount of the invoice.

8. Previews and final files

Until the balance is paid, plans and renders are sent as watermarked previews at screen size. They are for review only, not for use or publication. After the balance is paid, you receive the final files without watermark: PDF plans and high-resolution images.

9. Ownership and use of the files

Foraii Studio keeps the copyright in all plans, moodboards and renders. Once the full price is paid, you receive a permanent, worldwide, non-exclusive right to use them for the project in the quote:

  • Homeowners: to build and furnish your home, share the files with your contractors and suppliers, and show, sell or rent the home.
  • Professionals: to present and market the named project (brochures, website, ads, social media, sales offices).

The files may not be resold, reused for another property or project, registered as your own design, or used to train AI models. Professionals can ask for exclusive rights or a full transfer of rights, quoted separately and agreed in writing. When you publish our renders, we appreciate the credit "Visuals: Foraii Studio".

You confirm that you have the right to send us the plans, photos, logos and other material you share with us, and that using them for your project does not break anyone else's rights.

10. Portfolio and privacy

We may show the project's plans and renders in our portfolio and on social media, unless you refuse in writing. You can also refuse later: we stop new posts within 30 days. We never show client names, exact addresses, faces, family photos or personal documents; only the city or area ("Apartment, Tangier"). Developers and agencies can ask us to wait until their project's public launch, and can ask for a confidentiality agreement.

11. Your information

You send accurate plans, measurements and photos, and answer our questions in good time. Plans and renders are based on this information. A wrong measurement you supplied is not our responsibility.

12. If a project goes quiet

If we hear nothing from you for 3 months, we send a final written notice giving you 15 days to continue. Without an answer, the project is closed: you pay for the stages finished and receive their files; unfinished work is not delivered. A closed project can restart with a new quote. What happens when a client stops answering during a stage is set out in Part B (homeowners) and Part C (professionals).

13. Unpaid balance

The final files and the right to use them are only given once the balance is paid. If the balance is late, we send a reminder after 7 days and a final notice after 30 days. After 60 days, the project is closed as in section 12, and the previews remain unlicensed.

14. Cancellation

  • Before work starts: the deposit is refunded in full.
  • After work starts: you pay for the stages finished or in progress, using the stage prices in the quote. Any part of the deposit above that is refunded, and you receive the files of the paid stages.
  • If we cannot finish the project: we refund every stage not done.

Homeowners also have a legal right to withdraw, explained in Part B.

15. Keeping your files

We keep the final files for 12 months after delivery, and you can ask for a copy during that time. After that, we may delete them, so keep your own copy. Your photos, plans and personal documents are deleted 12 months after the project ends, unless needed for a dispute. Invoices are kept as tax law requires.

16. Software and AI tools

We may use software, including AI tools, to assist parts of our work, such as image enhancement, textures or early ideas. Every design is directed, checked and approved by our designer. If we edit a photo of your real space with AI, we label it as a visualisation.

17. What our work is, and is not

Plans and renders are design documents and illustrations. They do not replace construction drawings by an architect or engineer. You and your contractors check dimensions, structure, electrics, plumbing and permits on site. Colours, materials and light in a render can differ from reality and from one screen to another. When we suggest products, their price, stock and quality are the seller's responsibility. The result of the works depends on the products bought and the contractors chosen by the client. Limits on liability for professionals are in Part C.

18. Events outside our control

Neither side is responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, including illness of the designer, power or internet outages, natural events or government measures. Deadlines move by the length of the delay. If the delay passes 60 days, either side can end the project; you pay only for the stages finished.

19. Personal data

We use your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

20. Law, disputes and language

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, without removing any protection that the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer. In case of disagreement, write to us first: we look for an amicable solution. Courts are set out in Parts B and C. These terms are published in French and English; if the two differ, the French version applies. If one clause is found invalid, the rest still applies.

Part B. For homeowners

21. Your right to withdraw

As a consumer, you can withdraw from the project without giving a reason: within 14 days if you live in the European Union, within 7 days if you live in Morocco, counted from the day you accept the quote. To withdraw, send us a clear message by email, for example: "I withdraw from the contract for the project [name], accepted on [date]. Name, address, date."

If you want us to start before this period ends, you ask us to in writing when you accept the quote. In that case, if you withdraw within the period, you pay only for the work done until then, and the rest is refunded. You lose the right to withdraw once the project is fully delivered. Refunds are made within 14 days, by the same payment method.

22. If you stop answering during a stage

A stage is never approved without your written approval. If we have no answer 10 days after sending a stage, we send a reminder. After 30 days without an answer, the project is paused and the timing stops until you come back. Section 12 then applies.

23. Courts

If no amicable solution is found, you can bring the dispute before the competent court, including the court where you live.

Part C. For professionals

24. Approval

If we receive no comments within 7 days after delivering a stage and one reminder, the stage is approved.

25. Late payment

A late balance carries late-payment interest at the legal rate, plus reasonable collection costs.

26. Liability

Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or delayed sales.

27. Courts

If no amicable solution is found, the courts of Tangier, Morocco, have jurisdiction.
