Foraii Studio is led by Mortada Foraii, an interior designer based in Tangier, Morocco. Since 2021 we have designed interiors in plans and 3D for homeowners and professionals, in Morocco and abroad.
Interior architect or interior designer: what is the difference?
An interior architect can change the structure of a home and manage the build. An interior designer plans the layout, colours, materials, lighting and furniture. We are interior designers: our plans and 3D renders guide you and your contractors. In Tangier, we can also carry out the works.
How much does a project cost?
From EUR 690 (4,500 MAD) per floor for a full home, EUR 190 (1,200 MAD) for one room and EUR 120 (700 MAD) per view for professional renders. The final price depends on size and complexity. It is in your quote before any payment.
How does a remote project work?
Everything happens online: an intro call, you send your plans and photos, then three stages approved one by one (2D plan, moodboard, 3D renders). We talk by email and video call. You never need to travel.
What do I need to send?
A dimensioned plan or sketch, photos of each room from several angles, the ceiling height and a few inspiration images. A hand-drawn plan with measurements is enough.
How close are the renders to the final result?
The renders follow your measurements, layout and chosen materials. The real result then depends on the products you buy and the quality of the installation.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit to start, the balance before the final files are sent. By bank transfer in Morocco, by PayPal or SWIFT transfer from abroad.
