Yes. We produce 3D renders for architects, developers, real estate agents and furniture makers, from your plans or 3D models. Prices start from 700 DH (120 €) per view, with delivery in 3 to 5 working days and full rights to the images.

- Real estate agents: virtual staging of empty or unfinished properties.
- Furniture makers and shops: your pieces shown in realistic rooms.
What you send
- Plans in DWG or PDF, or models in SketchUp (SKP), FBX or OBJ.
- Material references and finishes, if chosen.
- The views you need, or let us suggest them.
- Your deadline.
If in doubt, send what you have, and we'll tell you if anything's missing.
What you get
- Realistic interior renders at the views agreed.
- Two revision rounds on the renders.
- The right to use the images for your project, with no watermark. Exclusive rights on request.
- A non-disclosure agreement if your project is confidential.
Pricing
From 700 DH (120 €) per view. The final price depends on the number of views, the level of detail, whether a model must be built from 2D plans, and the deadline. You receive the quote before any payment.
Software
We model in SketchUp and Blender and render with V-Ray, Cycles and Lumion, so we can usually work directly in your format.
Interior design for your projects
Beyond renders, we can design the interiors themselves: layouts, materials, lighting plans and custom furniture for show apartments or whole developments. In Tangier, we can also carry out the works.
