What moves the price

  • Kitchen and bathrooms: plumbing, tiling and fittings make them the most expensive rooms.
  • Electricity and plumbing: replacing old networks adds a lot, but is often needed in older buildings.
  • Materials: local tiles vs imported stone can double a line.
  • Custom joinery: wardrobes, kitchens and doors made to measure.
  • City and access: floor, lift, parking and delivery.

Plan before you build

Most budget overruns come from changes made during the works. A clear plan and 3D renders fix the layout, materials and lighting before the first wall is touched, so your contractor can price the real project. Keep 10 to 15% extra for surprises, like humidity or old wiring found behind walls.

In Tangier, we can carry out the works ourselves. Elsewhere, we prepare the plans and renders your contractor works from.
