Do you need to visit the site?

Potted plant in front of a doorway

No. For a design, your plan, measurements and photos are enough. We work remotely across Morocco and Europe. In Tangier, a site visit is possible if you want one, charged per visit.

Why a visit isn't needed

A design is built from dimensions and images. With an accurate plan, measured heights and photos of each room, we can model the space precisely. Most remote clients never meet us on site, and the plans and renders work the same way.

When a visit helps

  • Old buildings where walls aren't straight and plans don't match reality.
  • Complex spaces: split levels, sloped ceilings, many beams.
  • No plan at all, and measuring yourself feels hard.
  • During works, to check that the result follows the design.

Site visits in Tangier

In Tangier, we can visit your home to measure, look at the space with you or follow the works. Each visit is charged separately, and the price is agreed before we come. If we carry out the works, site visits are included: they're part of the job.

Outside Tangier

We don't travel for site visits. If a visit is needed, a local surveyor, architect or your contractor can take the measurements, and we work from their plan.

Measuring yourself

  • Use a laser meter if you can, or a metal tape.
  • Measure each wall at floor level and at about 1 m high.
  • Note ceiling height in two or three places.
  • Measure windows and doors, including height from the floor.
  • Photograph each wall with its measurement written on a sketch.

If something's unclear, we'll ask during the project. A quick photo or one more measurement usually solves it.

Let's talk about your project.
