How are your prices set, and are there extra fees?
Our prices start from a fixed minimum for each offer, then depend on your project. You get a written quote with the exact price before any payment, and nothing is added without your agreement.

- Number of rooms and surface.
- Complexity: kitchens, bathrooms, unusual spaces.
- Extra 3D views beyond those included.
- Deadline: urgent projects cost more.
- Custom furniture designed for your space.
What's included
- Floor plan, moodboard and 3D renders.
- Files delivered as PDF.
- One revision on the plan, one on the moodboard and two on the renders.
- Answers to your questions about the delivered files.
- The right to use the images, with no watermark.
What can be added, always agreed in advance
- Extra revision rounds, priced before we start them.
- Lighting planning, as a separate service.
- Site visits in Tangier for a design only, charged per visit. When we carry out the works, visits are included.
- Source files (3D model and working files), on request.
- Works in Tangier, quoted separately.
- Custom furniture, made with our workshop, priced with delivery included anywhere in Morocco.
Payment
- 50% deposit to start.
- The balance before the final files are sent.
- By bank transfer in Morocco, by PayPal or SWIFT transfer from abroad.
No surprises
If something changes during the project, like an extra room or more views, we tell you the price first. You decide, and only then do we go ahead.
