What if I don't like the design? How many changes are included?

Each stage includes revisions: one for the floor plan, one for the moodboard and two for the 3D renders. Because you approve each stage before the next, a direction you don't like shows up early, when it's quick to change.

Extra revision rounds are possible, and priced in advance.

Why stages prevent bad surprises

  • Floor plan first: you agree on the layout before any colour is chosen.
  • Moodboard next: you agree on colours, materials and furniture before anything is rendered.
  • Renders last: they show a design you've already approved, so changes are usually small.

The risk of "I don't like it at all" at the end is low, because you've said yes twice before.

How to give useful feedback

  • Be specific: "the sofa feels too dark" helps more than "I'm not sure".
  • Say what you like too, so it stays.
  • Group all comments in one message per round.
  • Share images of what you'd prefer.
  • Ask questions: sometimes a choice has a reason worth hearing.

What counts as a revision

A round of changes to the current stage, sent together. Changing a colour, swapping furniture or adjusting the layout within the stage is a revision. Going back to an approved stage, like changing the layout after the renders, means redoing later work, and is quoted separately.

If something still isn't right

Tell us early. We'd rather talk it through after the plan than after the renders.

What if I want to stop?

  • Before work starts: your deposit is refunded in full.
  • After work starts: you pay for the stages finished or in progress. Any part of the deposit above that is refunded, and you receive the files of those stages.
  • If we can't finish: we refund the stages not done.
  • Homeowners also have a legal right to withdraw: 14 days in the EU, 7 days in Morocco. The details are in our terms.

Let's talk about your project.
