What is an interior decorator's price per m²?

In Morocco, design fees per m² range from about 80 DH for a simple study to 700 DH for a complete design with plans and 3D. High-end projects go from 700 to 2,100 DH/m², and fully custom luxury work goes higher still.

Per m², or a fixed price?

Per m² pricing is easy to compare, but it doesn't always match the work. A 20 m² kitchen takes more design time than a 20 m² bedroom. That's why many designers, including us, give a fixed price for each project after seeing the plan.

Before comparing prices

Check what each quote includes:

How many rooms, and which ones?
A floor plan? A moodboard? How many 3D views?
How many revisions?
Site visits, and follow-up during the works?
Furniture and lighting plans?

Two quotes at the same price per m² can include very different work.

Our prices

We don't charge per m². Our design starts from 4,500 DH per floor for a whole home and 1,200 DH for a single room, with a floor plan, moodboard and 3D renders included. The final price depends on the number of rooms, complexity, extra views, deadline and any custom furniture, and we confirm it in your quote.
