How much does it cost to design one room?

Our single-room design starts from 1,200 DH (190 €). At Moroccan per-m² rates, a complete design for a 15 m² room costs about 3,750 to 10,500 DH, and some designers charge by the hour instead, around 500 to 800 DH in Casablanca.
What a single-room design includes with us
- 2D floor plan: layout, furniture and paths. One revision included.
- Moodboard: colours, materials and furniture. One revision included.
- 3D renders: realistic views of the room. Two revisions included.
- Timing: 3 to 5 working days on our side, not counting your review time.
Which rooms cost more?
- Living rooms and bedrooms: usually the simplest, mostly layout, furniture and finishes.
- Kitchens: more detail: cabinets, appliances, worktops, plumbing and lighting.
- Bathrooms: small, but full of technical points: water, tiling, fittings and storage.
- Open spaces: a living and dining room together often counts as more than one room.
What raises the price
- Complex rooms, like kitchens and bathrooms.
- Extra 3D views.
- A tight deadline.
- Custom furniture designed for the room.
- Lighting planning, which is a separate service.
When one room is enough
- You're redoing one room, and the rest of the home works.
- You want to test working with a designer before a bigger project.
- You need a plan for a kitchen or bathroom before asking contractors for prices.
When to design more
If rooms open onto each other, designing them together keeps the colours, materials and flooring consistent. A whole-home design starts from 4,500 DH per floor, which costs less per room than designing them one by one.
