How do I find an affordable interior designer?

Pay for the part you need. A design-only service, done remotely, costs far less than a full service with site visits and works management. You can also start with one room, or keep the furniture you like and design around it.

Ways to pay less

1. Choose design only. Get the plans and 3D renders, then hire your own contractor. You save on site visits and follow-up, which take much of a designer's time.

2. Work remotely. Online designers work from your plan, photos and measurements. No travel costs, and you can choose a designer in another city.

3. Start with one room. Design the room that matters most, like the living room or kitchen, and use the same palette for the rest yourself.

4. Keep what works. Furniture you like can stay in the design. Fewer new pieces means a lower budget overall.

5. Be clear and prepared. A measured plan, good photos and inspiration images save the designer time, and save you revisions.

What to check before choosing

  • Real projects: look for plans and renders of actual homes, not only stock photos.
  • What's included: plan, moodboard, number of 3D views, revisions.
  • A written quote: fixed price, timing and payment terms before you pay.
  • Who does the work: the person you talk to, or someone else.

Cheap can cost more

A very low price often means generic templates, no plan or no revisions. One wrong sofa, a tile ordered in the wrong quantity or a wall moved twice can cost more than the design itself.

Our approach

We keep design affordable by working remotely and focusing on design. Prices start from 1,200 DH for a room and 4,500 DH per floor for a whole home, including floor plan, moodboard and 3D renders. In Tangier, you can also ask us to carry out the works.
